3. Booking, Deposits & Payments

Appointments must be booked through our approved scheduling platform.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment.

All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Square, Stripe, GlossGenius).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the timeframe outlined in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or service charges.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Client Responsibilities & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for:

Disclosing all relevant hair history, sensitivities, allergies, medications, or pregnancy status prior to service

Following all pre- and post-service care instructions provided

Failure to disclose relevant information releases Kinspired Co. from liability related to adverse reactions or outcomes.

6. Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results related to hair color, texture, longevity, or cosmetic outcomes. All services are performed based on professional judgment and client consultation.

7. Media & Marketing Consent

With your consent, photos or videos (including before-and-after images) may be captured for educational, portfolio, or marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request.

8. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once rendered.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Retail products may only be returned if defective and unused, per store policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with cosmetic hair services.
